Uzmanlar, k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 y\u0131l izlenmesi gerekti\u011fini belirtirken, bak\u0131m ve onar\u0131mlar\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in raporun beklenmesi gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. \u0130stanbul Teknik \u00dcniversitesi (\u0130T\u00dc) Mimarl\u0131k Fak\u00fcltesi \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. O\u011fuz Cem \u00c7elik, k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fcn iyi bir bak\u0131mla uzat\u0131labilece\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. T\u00fcrk M\u00fchendis ve Mimar Odalar\u0131 Birli\u011fi (TMMOB) \u0130n\u015faat M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131 Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcyesi Elif Ersoy k\u00f6pr\u00fc ile ilgili net bilgi i\u00e7in raporun beklemesi gerekti\u011fini vurgulad\u0131. \u0130BB Genel Sekreter Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Mimar Arif G\u00fcrkan Alpay&#8217;a g\u00f6re ise k\u00f6pr\u00fcde sorun yok. Alpay, &#8220;Birinci a\u015famada tekerlerin, motosikletlerin ve scooterlar\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fmemesi i\u00e7in yolu tek \u015feride d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrd\u00fck. Teker ve ara\u00e7 konforunu da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdikten sonra zaten bir sorun kalmayacak&#8221; \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Fatih Unkapan\u0131 K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckpazar ile Beyo\u011flu&#8217;na ba\u011fl\u0131 Azapkap\u0131 semtlerini birbirine ba\u011flayan Unkapan\u0131 K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn farkl\u0131 ba\u011flant\u0131 noktalar\u0131 son 1 ay i\u00e7erisinde 4 kez ayr\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130lk ayr\u0131lma 20 \u015eubat Pazar g\u00fcn\u00fc 20 santimetre \u015feklinde g\u00f6zlendi. Bu \u015fekilde trafik ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 devam ederken 11-12-13 Mart tarihlerinde ise k\u00f6pr\u00fc 3 g\u00fcn \u00fcst \u00fcste farkl\u0131 ba\u011flant\u0131 noktalar\u0131ndan ayr\u0131ld\u0131. 3 g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde 12-25 santimetre aral\u0131klarla a\u00e7\u0131lan ba\u011flant\u0131 noktalar\u0131 nedeniyle k\u00f6pr\u00fc ekipler taraf\u0131ndan ge\u00e7ici olarak ara\u00e7 trafi\u011fine kapat\u0131ld\u0131. Sorunun giderildi\u011fi belirtilerek k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn baz\u0131 \u015feritleri kapat\u0131larak, kontroll\u00fc olarak trafi\u011fe a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi ekipleri konuya ili\u015fkin masa kurdu. 3 g\u00fcn boyunca yap\u0131lan toplant\u0131larda, k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn trafi\u011fe a\u00e7\u0131kken \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n yap\u0131labilece\u011fine karar verildi. Ancak uzmanlar raporun beklenmesi gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. <\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;6-12 AY S\u00dcRE ARALI\u011eINDA K\u00d6PR\u00dcN\u00dcN \u0130ZLENMES\u0130 LAZIM&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul Teknik \u00dcniversitesi (\u0130T\u00dc) Mimarl\u0131k Fak\u00fcltesi \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. O\u011fuz Cem \u00c7elik, k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 y\u0131l s\u00fcre izlenmesi gerekti\u011fini belirterek \u201cDerzler k\u00f6pr\u00fcde pek \u00e7ok etki alt\u0131nda. \u00d6rnek vermek gerekirse, \u0131s\u0131 genle\u015fmeleri alt\u0131nda, s\u0131cakl\u0131k ya da so\u011fuk havalarda ya da kar, deprem, r\u00fczgar gibi di\u011fer etkiler alt\u0131nda yap\u0131n\u0131n ana elamanlar\u0131nda olas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck etkileri azaltmak amac\u0131yla yap\u0131lan noktalard\u0131r. Unkapan\u0131 K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;nde de bu \u015fekildeki noktalarda birtak\u0131m hasarlar ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7erisinde mutlaka k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn &#8216;Yap\u0131 Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u0130zleme&#8217; y\u00f6ntemi dedi\u011fimiz y\u00f6ntemlerden biriyle bu a\u00e7\u0131lma kapanmalar\u0131n 6 ay ya da 1 y\u0131l gibi s\u00fcreyle izlenmesi laz\u0131m. 24 tane dubadan 21 tanesinin de\u011fi\u015ftirildi\u011fi s\u00f6yleniyor, sorun bu derzlerde yo\u011funla\u015f\u0131yor. Bundan sonra al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken \u00f6nlemler var. Mesela, bu derz noktalar\u0131n\u0131n yerinde de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi gerekiyor. Bu y\u00f6ntemle k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6mr\u00fc uzat\u0131labilir&#8221; dedi. <\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;\u00d6MR\u00dc 75-100 YIL ARASINDA AMA \u0130Y\u0130 B\u0130R BAKIMLA \u00d6MR\u00dc UZATILIR&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prof. Dr. O\u011fuz Cem \u00c7elik, \u201c\u0130zleme y\u00f6ntemiyle k\u00f6pr\u00fc kullan\u0131labilir. K\u00f6pr\u00fc 1940&#8217;larda yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, 82 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc, genelde bu t\u00fcr yap\u0131lar\u0131n \u00f6mr\u00fc 75-100 y\u0131l aras\u0131nda olur. Ancak d\u00fcnyaya bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zaman \u00f6rne\u011fin; \u0130lk Demir K\u00f6pr\u00fc \u0130ngiltere&#8217;de Severn Nehri \u00fczerinde in\u015faa edilmi\u015ftir. Bu k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn ya\u015f\u0131 241 y\u0131l, asl\u0131nda sorun k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn ya\u015f\u0131yla ilgili de\u011fil. Elbette ya\u015f \u00f6nemli ancak bak\u0131m daha \u00f6nemli. \u0130yi bir bak\u0131mla k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc uzatabilirsiniz&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu. <\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;BAKIM ONARIMIN YAPILMASI \u0130\u00c7\u0130N RAPORUN BEKLEMES\u0130 LAZIM&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrk M\u00fchendis ve Mimar Odalar\u0131 Birli\u011fi (TMMOB) \u0130n\u015faat M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131 Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcyesi Elif Ersoy, bak\u0131m ve onar\u0131mlar\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in raporun beklenmesi gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyerek &#8220;Kesin ve net bilgi kurul incelemesinden ve raporun haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131ndan sonra s\u00f6ylenebilir. 1 ay i\u00e7erisinde 4 defa a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 nedeniyle kurul topland\u0131. Bunun giderilmesi i\u00e7in ve bak\u0131m onar\u0131m\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in raporun beklenmesi laz\u0131m. Daha \u00f6nce de problemler oluyordu, bunun i\u00e7in Karayollar\u0131 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi ihaleler yap\u0131yordu. Daha \u00f6nce a\u00e7\u0131lma oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlam\u0131yorum, b\u00f6yle bir olay ya\u015fanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu. <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cTRAF\u0130K DEVAM EDERKEN \u00c7ALI\u015eMALAR YAPILAB\u0130L\u0130R&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130BB Genel Sekreter Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Mimar Arif G\u00fcrkan Alpay, ise k\u00f6pr\u00fcde herhangi bir sorun olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, \u201cTrafik devam ederken, k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ve uygulamalar\u0131 yap\u0131labilir. Bu g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f oldu\u011funuz a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k ilk g\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k olan yer de\u011fil. \u0130lk g\u00fcnk\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k yakla\u015f\u0131k 25 metre ilerideydi. Oran\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 25 cm oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in risk ta\u015f\u0131yordu \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc teker, lastik, ara\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015febilirdi. Buran\u0131n ise a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 10-12 cm bir a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k. Bu k\u00f6pr\u00fc \u00e7\u00f6kme yapacak bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc de\u011fil. Birinci a\u015famada tekerlerin, motosikletlerin ve scooterlar\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fmemesi i\u00e7in yolu tek \u015feride d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrd\u00fck. Teker ve ara\u00e7 konforunu da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdikten sonra zaten bir sorun kalmayacak. Bu k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 aks\u0131nda bir sorun yok, yap\u0131sal bir sorunu yok bu nedenle trafi\u011fe a\u00e7\u0131labilir. Bu y\u00fczer bir sistem zaten oras\u0131 bir kap\u0131 aral\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve \u00f6zellikle 10-12 cm geni\u015flikler standart \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerdir&#8221; \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu. <\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;AKADEM\u0130SYENLERLE B\u0130RL\u0130KTE 3 G\u00dcN TOPLANTI YAPTIK&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Arif G\u00fcrkan Alpay, acil bir masa kuruldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyerek, \u201cAkademisyen hocalarla birlikte bir araya geldik, yakla\u015f\u0131k 3 g\u00fcn toplant\u0131 yapt\u0131k. &#8216;Burada bir sorun yok&#8217; demek i\u00e7in bile 3-4 saat \u00f6ncesinden h\u0131zl\u0131 toplant\u0131lar yaparak ilk m\u00fcdahaleleri yapt\u0131k. Bunu bir \u015feyin \u00fczerini kapatmak i\u00e7in de\u011fil do\u011frusunu bulmak i\u00e7in yapt\u0131k.
