Bakan Karaismailo\u011flu, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin 2053 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar ula\u015f\u0131m ve altyap\u0131da izleyece\u011fi yolla ilgili bilgi verdi. Karaismailo\u011flu, 2053 y\u0131l\u0131nda ara\u00e7 kullan\u0131m oran\u0131n\u0131n  y\u00fczde 242 artaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla hem \u00e7evreyi korumak hem de ekonomiye katk\u0131da bulunmak i\u00e7in demiryollar\u0131na yo\u011funluk vereceklerini kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p>Karaismailo\u011flu, rakam ve verileri payla\u015farak, &#8220;G\u00fcncel verilerin toplanmas\u0131, analizi ve de\u011ferlendirilmesi ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 2053 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar olan tahminler ve beklentileri \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda hareket ettik. 2053 y\u0131l\u0131na gelindi\u011finde T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki ara\u00e7 sahipli\u011finin 2019 y\u0131l\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 242 art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterecek. Gayri Safi Yurt \u0130\u00e7i Has\u0131la i\u00e7inse 2035 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye 7 trilyon 870 milyar liraya ula\u015f\u0131rken, 2053 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen ise GSY\u0130H hacminin 11 trilyon 240 milyar liraya ula\u015fmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bir di\u011fer parametre olan n\u00fcfus i\u00e7in \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen rakamlar 2035 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in 98,09 milyon ve 2053 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in 112,61 milyondur. <\/p>\n<p>2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda 28 milyon \u00fczerinde olan istihdam rakamlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n 2035 y\u0131l\u0131nda 40 milyonun, 2053 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise 63 milyonun \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Artan n\u00fcfusun etkiledi\u011fi bir di\u011fer ba\u015fl\u0131k ise \u00f6\u011frenci say\u0131s\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. 2035 y\u0131l\u0131nda 9.35 milyon olmas\u0131 beklenen \u00f6\u011frenci say\u0131s\u0131, 2053 y\u0131l\u0131nda 10.84 milyon olmas\u0131 beklenmektedir. 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda demiryolunun oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 3,13 ile yakla\u015f\u0131k 33 milyon ton olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015firken, 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fczde 5&#8217;i ge\u00e7en bir oranla demiryolunun toplam pay\u0131n\u0131n 55 milyon tona \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131 bekliyoruz&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;DEM\u0130R YOLLARINDA REFORM YAPIYORUZ&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bakan Karaismailo\u011flu, demiryollar\u0131nda reform hareketi ba\u015flatt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 kaydederek, &#8220;Cumhuriyet&#8217;imizin ilk y\u0131llar\u0131ndan sonra ihmal edilen demiryollar\u0131n\u0131, 2003&#8217;ten bug\u00fcne hem yeniledik hem de yeni hatlarla zenginle\u015ftirdik. Demiryolunun ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131ktaki oran\u0131n\u0131n 2029 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fczde 11&#8217;in \u00fczerine y\u00fckselmesini, 2053&#8217;te ise yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 22 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesini \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. B\u00f6ylece demiryolunun y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki pay\u0131 2019&#8217;dan 2053&#8217;e kadar 7 kat artacak. Yine yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda da demiryolunun pay\u0131n\u0131 10 kat art\u0131rmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. Yolcu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise yine 2053 vizyonumuz i\u00e7in hedefledi\u011fimiz, trenin pay\u0131n\u0131n 6 kat\u0131n \u00fczerinde artmas\u0131d\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6ylece karayolunun 2023&#8217;te y\u00fczde 71&#8217;in \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kacak y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki oran\u0131n\u0131, 2053&#8217;te yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 15 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmeyi hedefliyoruz. Bu rakamlar ayn\u0131 zamanda karbon sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n ciddi anlamda azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na geliyor. Yolcu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in detaylara bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda ise, az \u00f6nce bahsetti\u011fim gibi, demiryolunun pay\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131r\u0131 say\u0131l\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde artmas\u0131 i\u00e7in planlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yap\u0131yor, haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz. Burada \u00f6zel ara\u00e7 kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n sahip oldu\u011fu pay net bir bi\u00e7imde g\u00f6r\u00fcyorsunuz. 2023 ila 2053 beklentileri aras\u0131nda \u00f6zel ara\u00e7 ile yolcu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n pay\u0131n\u0131 ayn\u0131 tutmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz&#8221; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;2053 YILINDA HAVAALANI SAYISI 61&#8217;E \u00c7IKMI\u015e OLACAK&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Karaismailo\u011flu, demiryolu kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131yla birlikte milli servete de katk\u0131da bulanacaklar\u0131n\u0131 belirterek \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: &#8220;Bu ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00e7evreci yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirecek, projelerimizin yak\u0131t, \u00e7evre ve zaman tasarruflar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rarak, projelerimizin mill\u00ee servetimize olan katk\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirecektir.  2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda demiryolu ile ta\u015f\u0131nan yolcu say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k 19,5 milyon olmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bu rakam\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131yla 2035 y\u0131l\u0131nda 145 milyonun, 2053 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise 269 milyonu ge\u00e7mesini hedefliyoruz. <\/p>\n<p>Ula\u015ft\u0131rma ve Lojistik Ana Plan\u0131&#8217;m\u0131za g\u00f6re; 2053 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar 6 bin 196 km h\u0131zl\u0131 tren hatt\u0131, bin 474 km konvansiyonel hat, 622 y\u00fcksek h\u0131zl\u0131 tren hatt\u0131 ve 262 km \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek h\u0131zl\u0131 tren hatt\u0131 olmak \u00fczere 8 bin 554 km&#8217;lik demiryolu hatt\u0131n\u0131 tamamlamay\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. 2053 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar demiryollar\u0131m\u0131zla ilgili planlamalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle \u00f6zetleyebiliriz: Mevcut y\u00fcksek h\u0131zl\u0131 tren hatlar\u0131na ilave olarak 2053 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar tamamlanacak 622 km&#8217;lik y\u00fcksek h\u0131zl\u0131 tren hatt\u0131n\u0131n 546 km&#8217;sini \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131l tamamlanacak. \u00dclkemizde yolcu ve y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda demiryollar\u0131n\u0131n pay\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ad\u0131na at\u0131lan ad\u0131mlardan biri olan h\u0131zl\u0131 tren hatlar\u0131, 2053 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar \u00f6nemli derecede yayg\u0131nla\u015facak, H\u0131zl\u0131 trenlerle ba\u011fl\u0131 il say\u0131m\u0131z 8&#8217;den 52&#8217;ye \u00e7\u0131kacak. Liman tesisi say\u0131s\u0131 217&#8217;den 255&#8217;e \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lacak. <\/p>\n<p>Ye\u015fil Liman uygulamalar\u0131 yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak Limanlar\u0131m\u0131zda y\u00fcksek oranda yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131 kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 sa\u011flanacak. &#8220;Kimse oradan u\u00e7maz\u00f6 denilen \u0130stanbul Havaliman\u0131, 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda Avrupa yolcu trafi\u011fi s\u0131ralamas\u0131nda 1. s\u0131rada yer ald\u0131; ilk i\u015fletme y\u0131l\u0131nda, garanti edilen 233,1 milyon avroluk D\u0131\u015f Hat Yolcu Gelirini a\u015fm\u0131\u015f ve Hazine&#8217;ye 22,4 milyon avro tutar\u0131nda ek \u00f6deme yapt\u0131. Bundan sonra da 2053 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar 56 olan havaliman\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 61&#8217;e \u00e7\u0131karaca\u011f\u0131z&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;BU Z\u0130HN\u0130YET H\u0130\u00c7B\u0130R ZAMAN DE\u011e\u0130\u015eMEYECEK&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Program\u0131n sonunda projelere kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kan muhalefetle ilgili konu\u015fan Karaismailo\u011flu, &#8220;Bu zihniyeti biliyorsunuz, y\u0131llard\u0131r bunlarla u\u011fra\u015f\u0131yoruz. Biz onlar\u0131n ak\u0131llar\u0131na uysayd\u0131k hi\u00e7bir \u015fey yapamazd\u0131k, oldu\u011fumuz yerde sayard\u0131k. Nas\u0131l ki Bo\u011faz K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;ne kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kanlar bug\u00fcn \u00c7anakkale K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;ne de kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yorlarsa ayn\u0131 zihniyet hi\u00e7bir zaman de\u011fi\u015fmedi.
