Binalar\u0131n tahliyesi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildikten sonra da neredeyse tamam\u0131 y\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131. Ancak m\u00fclk sahiplerinin bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ekonomik zorluklar ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in y\u0131k\u0131lan binalar\u0131n yerine yenisini yapt\u0131ramad\u0131. Avc\u0131lar&#8217;da y\u0131kt\u0131r\u0131lan binalardan ancak y\u00fczde 20&#8217;sinin yeniden in\u015fa edilebildi\u011fini vurgulayan Zengin, &#8220;Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme giren yap\u0131lar nedeniyle buralarda kalanlar evlerinden oldu, bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc de il\u00e7e d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kmak zorunda kald\u0131. Yeni bina say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck kalmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 stok yap\u0131 sorunu ya\u015f\u0131yoruz. Kiral\u0131k ve sat\u0131l\u0131k konut fiyatlar\u0131 do\u011fal olarak y\u00fckseliyor. Talep var, arz yok. \u015eu anda 2+1, 70-80 metrekare yeni binalar\u0131n sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131, birka\u00e7 ay \u00f6nce 600-700 bin TL oldu\u011fu halde \u015fimdi 1.4 ila 1.5 milyon TL. Yeni 2+1 dairenin ayl\u0131k kiras\u0131 da 4-5 bin TL&#8221; dedi. <\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin di\u011fer b\u00f6lgelerinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra d\u00fcnyada da konut fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n son d\u00f6nemde \u00f6nemli art\u0131\u015flar kaydetti\u011fini ifade eden Be\u015fir Zengin, &#8220;Almanya&#8217;daki bir yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n 2 y\u0131l \u00f6nce 270 bin Euro&#8217;ya ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bina \u015fu anda 800 bin Euro. Almanya&#8217;da gayrimenkul 2 y\u0131lda 3 kat\u0131na katlad\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye, \u015fu an Almanya&#8217;n\u0131n gerisinde.
