Olay yerine gelen savc\u0131n\u0131n incelemesinin ard\u0131ndan SGK memurunun cenazesi, kesin \u00f6l\u00fcm nedenini belirlemek \u00fczere \u0130stanbul Adli T\u0131p Kurumu\u2019na kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. A\u011f\u0131rman\u2019\u0131n \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ile ilgili inceleme ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131.
