Burada konu\u015fan Bakan \u00d6zer, \u00f6\u011frencilerin kendi performanslar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7ebilece\u011fi, \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin de \u00f6\u011frencileri sistem \u00fczerinden izleyebilece\u011fi yeni platformun yak\u0131nda zamanda sunulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;50 YILLIK GEC\u0130KMEYLE S\u00dcREC\u0130 YAKALADIK&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bakan \u00d6zer, &#8220;2000&#8217;li y\u0131llar\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131ndaki okulla\u015fma oranlar\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zaman \u015fu andaki okulla\u015fma oranlar\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zaman son 20 y\u0131lda ne kadar mesafe ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 g\u00f6rebiliyoruz. Okul \u00f6ncesi 5 ya\u015ftaki okulla\u015fma oranlar\u0131 y\u00fczde 2000&#8217;li y\u0131llarda 11&#8217;di. \u015eu anda bu oran y\u00fczde 94&#8217;e \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Orta\u00f6\u011fretimdeki okulla\u015fma oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 44&#8217;lerden y\u00fczde 90&#8217;lar\u0131 ge\u00e7ti. Y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretimdeki net okulla\u015fma oranlar\u0131 y\u00fczde 14&#8217;lerden y\u00fczde 44&#8217;lere ula\u015ft\u0131. Son 20 y\u0131l okulla\u015fma oranlar\u0131n\u0131n OECD \u00fclkelerinin 50 y\u0131l \u00f6nce ula\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131 rakamlara ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. 50 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir gecikmeyle bu s\u00fcreci yakalam\u0131\u015f bulunuyoruz&#8221; dedi. <\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;E\u011e\u0130T\u0130M\u0130N \u00d6N\u00dcNDEK\u0130 ANT\u0130DEMOKRAT\u0130K UYGULAMALAR KALDIRILDI&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bakan \u00d6zer, &#8220;E\u011fitimin \u00f6n\u00fcndeki t\u00fcm antidemokratik uygulamalar, e\u011fitim politikalar\u0131 kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc yasaklar\u0131ndan kat say\u0131 uygulamas\u0131na kadar. Bu \u00fclkenin evlatlar\u0131n\u0131n \u0130mam Hatip&#8217;e gitmeyen \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n dinini \u00f6\u011frenmeyle ilgili se\u00e7meli ders taleplerine kadar. E\u011fitimin \u00f6n\u00fcnde bariyer olu\u015fturan antidemokratik uygulamalar kald\u0131r\u0131larak e\u011fitim sistemimiz demokratik hale getirildi. En \u00f6nemli ba\u015far\u0131 hikayesi e\u011fitim sistemi kitleselle\u015firken, b\u00fcy\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcrken, \u00f6\u011frenci say\u0131s\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rken, kaliteden taviz verilmemesidir. Uluslararas\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenci ba\u015far\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz ki, T\u00fcrkiye her girdi\u011fi ara\u015ft\u0131rma d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fcnde puan\u0131n\u0131 ve s\u0131ralamas\u0131n\u0131 bir \u00f6nceki d\u00f6ng\u00fcye g\u00f6re art\u0131rarak, iyile\u015ftirerek \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu. <\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;SON 20 YILDA OECD ORTALAMASI YAKALANDI&#8221; <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>E\u011fitimde kalite odakl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcme ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fine vurgu yapan Bakan \u00d6zer, &#8220;\u00d6\u011fretmen ba\u015f\u0131na \u00f6\u011frenci say\u0131s\u0131 2000&#8217;li y\u0131llardan \u00e7ok daha iyi noktalara getirildi. Son 20 y\u0131lda e\u011fitim sistemine giren yeni okullar, yeni \u00f6\u011fretmenler sayesinde ilk kez OECD ortalamas\u0131 yakaland\u0131. Son 20 y\u0131l be\u015feri sermayenin niteli\u011finin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131ndaki devasa yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00f6neme tekab\u00fcl ediyor&#8221; dedi. <\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;E\u011e\u0130T\u0130M S\u0130STEM\u0130 \u00d6\u011eRETMEN\u0130 KADAR G\u00dc\u00c7L\u00dc&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n b\u00fct\u00e7esinin de s\u00fcrekli artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren Bakan \u00d6zer, &#8220;Bu seneki b\u00fct\u00e7e 300 milyar\u0131n \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131, ek b\u00fct\u00e7eyle birlikte. Eri\u015fim problemi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcld\u00fckten sonra odakland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z 3 alan var. Birincisi, okul \u00f6ncesi e\u011fitim. Bir tanesi mesleki e\u011fitimin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fc en \u00f6nemlisi. \u00d6\u011fretmenlerimizin mesleki ve ki\u015fisel geli\u015fimlerinin desteklenmesi. Bir e\u011fitim sistemi \u00f6\u011fretmeni kadar g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc, bir toplum \u00f6\u011fretmeni kadar g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;\u00d6\u011eRETMEN BA\u015eINA D\u00dc\u015eEN E\u011e\u0130T\u0130M SAAT\u0130 192 SAAT&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6\u011fretmenlerin desteklenmesi i\u00e7in bir\u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Bakan \u00d6zer, &#8220;2021 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretmen ba\u015f\u0131na 92 saatle kapatt\u0131k. 2022 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki hedefimiz \u00f6\u011fretmen ba\u015f\u0131na e\u011fitim saatini 120 saate ta\u015f\u0131makt\u0131. 10&#8217;uncu aya yeni girdik. \u015eu anda \u00f6\u011fretmen ba\u015f\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen e\u011fitim saati 192 saat. Tarihin en y\u00fcksek oran\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Bakanl\u0131k \u00f6\u011fretmenlerini dinler, kulak kabart\u0131r, taleplerini yerine getirirse, \u00f6\u011fretmenlerimizin ki\u015fisel geli\u015fimleriyle ilgili bir problemleri yok.&#8221; dedi.  <\/p>\n<p>Bakan \u00d6zer, konu\u015fmas\u0131nda \u00d6\u011fretmenlik Meslek Kanunu&#8217;na da de\u011finerek, &#8220;Sadece bir ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7t\u0131r. \u00d6\u011fretmenlik Meslek Kanunu bu kadar m\u0131 diye sorgulamaya yol a\u00e7abiliyor. Bu bir ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7t\u0131r. Her kanun ilk bir ad\u0131md\u0131r. \u00d6nemli olan kanunun olmas\u0131d\u0131r&#8221; dedi.  <\/p>\n<p>19 Kas\u0131m&#8217;da yap\u0131lacak \u00d6\u011fretmenlik Kariyer Basamaklar\u0131 s\u0131nav\u0131 ile ilgili de \u00d6zer, &#8220;2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00e7ok say\u0131da, uzman \u00f6\u011fretmenimiz ve ba\u015f\u00f6\u011fretmenimizle e\u011fitim sistemimiz \u00e7ok daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u015fekilde yoluna devam edecek. Bizim derdimiz, \u00f6\u011fretmenimizin s\u00fcrekli yan\u0131nda olmak, onun ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 iyile\u015ftirmek. \u00c7ok daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ortamlarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak.&#8221; dedi.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;E\u011e\u0130T\u0130M S\u0130STEM\u0130NE YEN\u0130 D\u0130J\u0130TAL PLATFORM&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yak\u0131n zamanda dijital bir platformun hayata ge\u00e7ece\u011fini belirten Bakan \u00d6zer \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Orada, \u00f6\u011frenci ve \u00f6\u011fretmenin e\u011fitim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde, \u00f6zellikle \u00f6\u011frencilerin bireysel kazan\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmeyle ilgili yeni bir mekanizmaya ge\u00e7ece\u011fiz. \u015eu andaki yard\u0131mc\u0131 kaynaklar, kazan\u0131mlarla ili\u015fkisi ne olursa olsun, t\u00fcm \u00f6\u011frencilere ayn\u0131 yard\u0131mc\u0131 kaynaklar gidiyor. Yeni geli\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz sistemle, sistem bitti. \u0130\u00e7eri\u011fini zenginle\u015ftirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 devam ediyor.
