Deprem ve do\u011fal afet riskine kar\u015f\u0131 ba\u015flat\u0131lan d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm kapsam\u0131nda 2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fczde 50 olan riskli yap\u0131 stoku y\u00fczde 15\u2019e kadar indirildi. Bu oran\u0131n y\u00fczde 8\u2019e d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi i\u00e7in il\u00e7enin bir\u00e7ok yerindeki kentsel yenileme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 aral\u0131ks\u0131z olarak s\u00fcr\u00fcyor. <\/p>\n
Bu kapsamda yerinde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n yeni dura\u011f\u0131 Ziya G\u00f6kalp Mahallesi oldu. Ba\u015fak\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Yasin Karto\u011flu, yerinde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131 alanda incelemelerde bulundu. Mahallede ikamet eden Ba\u015fak\u015fehirlilerin 20 y\u0131ll\u0131k konut sorununu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme kavu\u015fturacaklar\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. <\/p>\n
