TBM\u2019lerin kaz\u0131ya ba\u015flamas\u0131 nedeniyle d\u00fczenlenen t\u00f6ren, \u0130BB Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ekrem \u0130mamo\u011flu\u2019nun kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. T\u00f6rende, ilk konu\u015fmay\u0131 \u0130BB Rayl\u0131 Sistemler Daire Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Pelin Alpk\u00f6kin yapt\u0131. G\u00f6reve ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131ndan beri Anadolu yakas\u0131ndaki 7\u2019nci TBM cihaz\u0131n\u0131 faaliyete ge\u00e7irdiklerini belirten Alpk\u00f6kin, \u015fu bilgileri payla\u015ft\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTBM, 53 metre derinlikteki \u015faftta i\u015fletilmeye ba\u015flayacak. Daha \u00f6nce ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz \u015faftlardan biraz farkl\u0131. Bunun da sebebi; 2017\u2019de ba\u015flay\u0131p sonra durdurulan bu hatt\u0131, biz, tekrardan 2020\u2019de buraya 120 milyon kredi bulup ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcze koydu\u011fumuzda bu projenin, yer teslim problemleri ve di\u011fer s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lardan dolay\u0131 uygulanabilir olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmemiz. Biz, bug\u00fcn \u2018ilk etap\u2019 diye adland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z, Sabiha G\u00f6k\u00e7en Havaliman\u0131&#8217;na bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zca yap\u0131lan hatt\u0131, Kad\u0131k\u00f6y-Kartal- Tav\u015fantepe ile Marmaray hatt\u0131na ve Pendik\u2019te deniz yollar\u0131na ba\u011flayan, 4,9 kilometre olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, Anadolu yakas\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli entegrasyon hatt\u0131n\u0131n TBM&#8217;lerini ba\u015flat\u0131yoruz. Bir di\u011fer deyi\u015fle; kentsel ula\u015f\u0131m etkisi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bu 4,9 \u00e7ok \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. 2023\u2019te bu hatt\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131p Sabiha G\u00f6k\u00e7en hatt\u0131n\u0131, Marmaray&#8217;\u0131, Kad\u0131k\u00f6y-Tav\u015fantepe&#8217;yi ve deniz yollar\u0131n\u0131 Pendik&#8217;te birle\u015ftirece\u011fiz.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul\u2019un ula\u015f\u0131m konusuyla her zaman me\u015fgul olan bir kent oldu\u011funu aktaran \u0130mamo\u011flu da konu\u015fmas\u0131na, \u201c\u0130stanbul&#8217;da, \u2018Ula\u015f\u0131m sorununu t\u00fcmden \u00e7\u00f6zerim\u2019 diyen bir sistem m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n hi\u00e7bir yerinde de\u011fil\u201d s\u00f6zleriyle ba\u015flad\u0131. \u201c\u00d6nemli olan; b\u00f6ylesi b\u00fcy\u00fck kentlerde, s\u00fcreci en do\u011fru bir bi\u00e7imde kurgulay\u0131p, en az zaman kayb\u0131yla insanlar\u0131n \u015fehirde daha \u00e7ok vakit ge\u00e7irmelerini sa\u011flayan bir sistemi s\u00fcrece katmak ve verimli kullanmak kenti\u201d diyen \u0130mamo\u011flu, \u201cBu anlamda da bizim gibi kentlerin ula\u015f\u0131mdaki en \u00f6nemli aya\u011f\u0131 metro imalat\u0131, rayl\u0131 sistemler. O bak\u0131mdan \u0130stanbul&#8217;da bu i\u015fe ayr\u0131 bir \u00f6nem veriyoruz. \u0130stanbul&#8217;un bu planlamadaki \u00f6n\u00fcndeki en \u00f6nemli engel, belki de \u0130stanbul&#8217;un ne yaz\u0131k ki \u015fehir planlamas\u0131yla ilgili yan\u0131lg\u0131lar\u0131.
