Merkez, kameralar vas\u0131tas\u0131yla Gaziosmanpa\u015fa\u2019n\u0131n t\u00fcm sokaklar\u0131n\u0131 24 saat boyunca g\u00f6zlemleyerek, olumsuzluklara an\u0131nda m\u00fcdahale edilmesini sa\u011flayacak.<\/p>\n
Deprem ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere yang\u0131n, sel gibi do\u011fal afetler ile acil durumlara ili\u015fkin m\u00fcdahalenin tek merkezden koordine edilmesi ve il\u00e7e baz\u0131nda afet y\u00f6netiminin planl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi i\u00e7in Gaziosmanpa\u015fa\u2019ya Afet ve Acil Durum Y\u00f6netim Merkezi kuruluyor. Gaziosmanpa\u015fa Kaymakaml\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Gaziosmanpa\u015fa Belediyesi koordinesinde hayata ge\u00e7irilecek merkez \u0130stanbul Caddesi \u00fczerinde konumland\u0131r\u0131lacak. Emniyet ve di\u011fer kamu kurumlar\u0131 ile kesintisiz ileti\u015fim halinde olacak olan Gaziosmanpa\u015fa Afet ve Acil Durum Y\u00f6netim Merkezi, kameralar vas\u0131tas\u0131yla 24 saat boyunca Gaziosmanpa\u015fa\u2019n\u0131n t\u00fcm sokaklar\u0131n\u0131 anl\u0131k olarak g\u00f6zlemleyecek. Herhangi bir afet durumunda sa\u011fl\u0131k, arama ve kurtarma ile ilk yard\u0131m ekiplerinin sorunsuz ve s\u00fcratli bir \u015fekilde ula\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli d\u00fczenlemeler ve tedbirler bu merkezden y\u00f6netilecek.<\/p>\n
Afet ve Acil Durum Y\u00f6netim Merkezi, iki adet makam b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, bir kameralar\u0131n bulundu\u011fu g\u00f6zlem salonu ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gruplar\u0131n\u0131n yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplant\u0131 salonu, haberle\u015fme b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, STK\u2019lar i\u00e7in b\u00f6l\u00fcm, dinlenme b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ve idari birimler b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden olu\u015facak. \u0130l\u00e7ede afet ve acil durum y\u00f6netimi kapsam\u0131nda 12 adet Yerel D\u00fczey \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Grubu olu\u015fturulacak.<\/p>\n
