Rumeli Hisar\u0131\u2019n\u0131 y\u00fczde 238 ile Be\u015fikta\u015f\u2019\u0131n Vi\u015fnezade semti, y\u00fczde 218 ile Sar\u0131yer\u2019in Re\u015fitpa\u015fa semti, y\u00fczde 171 ile Be\u015fikta\u015f\u2019\u0131n Gayrettepe semti ve y\u00fczde 150 ile Kad\u0131k\u00f6y\u2019\u00fcn Fikirtepe semti takip etti.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131klamada g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerine yer verilen Hepsiemlak Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Zeynep Tando\u011fan, \u0130stanbul\u2019un \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan semtlerindeki kiral\u0131k konut fiyat art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 \u015fu ifadelerle de\u011ferlendirdi:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Yakla\u015f\u0131k 1,5 y\u0131ld\u0131r kiral\u0131k ev fiyatlar\u0131nda belli ba\u015fl\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerde \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 art\u0131\u015flar ya\u015fad\u0131k.
