S\u0131n\u0131r tan\u0131may\u0131 sevmiyorum. Umutlu olmak laz\u0131m her zaman i\u00e7in hayat\u0131 oldu\u011fu gibi kabul etmek gerekir. Pehlivano\u011flu da pandemi d\u00f6neminde herkes gibi eve kapand\u0131. Bu s\u00fcrede kilo alan Pehlivano\u011flu, ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kilolar\u0131 verme hayaliyle pandemi d\u00f6neminin bitmesini bekledi. Haziran ay\u0131nda 89 kilo olan Pehlivano\u011flu, Caddebostan Sahili&#8217;nde elinde bastonu ve zille her ak\u015fam ko\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. <\/p>\n<p>Yaz\u0131n en s\u0131cak g\u00fcnlerinde bile ko\u015fmay\u0131 b\u0131rakmayan Pehlivano\u011flu, 22 kilo verdi. Pehlivano\u011flu, sahilde vatanda\u015flar\u0131n kendisini fark etmesi i\u00e7in bile\u011fine korna tak\u0131yor. Pehlivano\u011flu, takt\u0131\u011f\u0131 korna sayesinde vatanda\u015flara \u00e7arpmaktan ka\u00e7\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi ritmini koruyarak ko\u015fuyor. &#8220;Her ak\u015fam bu sahili 3 defa tur at\u0131yorum. Haziran ay\u0131ndan bu yana 100 g\u00fcn ge\u00e7ti, ben bu 100 g\u00fcn\u00fcn en az 85 g\u00fcn\u00fc ko\u015fu yapt\u0131m. Hayallerimin pe\u015finden ko\u015fup onu yakalad\u0131m. Kilolar\u0131 bu sayede g\u00f6md\u00fcm diyebilirim. \u0130lk \u00f6nce ritimli ko\u015fu i\u00e7in kendimi ayarlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131m, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler bulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. \u00d6nce bastonuma bisiklet zili takt\u0131m.
