Prof. Dr. G\u00f6ral, v\u00fccudun temel ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131ndan biri olan proteinin, \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir besin kayna\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirterek \u201cProtein h\u00fccre geli\u015fimini destekleyen, kan yap\u0131m\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan, v\u00fccut direncini ve kas dokusunu g\u00fc\u00e7lendiren temel bir besindir.
