Psikolog Korkut, \u201cKayg\u0131, ki\u015finin d\u0131\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131ndan veya i\u00e7 d\u00fcnyas\u0131ndan gelen bir uyaranla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131, gerginlik duygular\u0131 (ger\u00e7ek d\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131k hissi, kontrol\u00fcn\u00fc yitirme hissi, sersemlik\u2026) endi\u015feli d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler ve artan kan bas\u0131nc\u0131, \u00e7arp\u0131nt\u0131, bo\u011fulma hissi gibi fiziksel de\u011fi\u015fiklikler ile karakterize do\u011fal bir duygudur\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Anksiyetinin ki\u015finin de\u011ferleri \u00fczerinden in\u015fa etti\u011fi bir duygu oldu\u011funu belirten Korkut, \u201cDe\u011fer verdi\u011fimiz \u015feyler yok olduysa veya yok olma tehlikesi alt\u0131ndaysa kayg\u0131 hissederiz. Bu da \u00e7ok do\u011fal bir duygudur\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KAYGIYI D\u00dc\u015eMAN OLARAK G\u00d6RMEY\u0130N<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z olumlu veya olumsuz t\u00fcm duygular\u0131, bir uyar\u0131 ya da i\u015faret olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebilece\u011fimize dikkat \u00e7eken Uzm. Durum b\u00f6yle olunca d\u00fcnya \u00fczerinde kayg\u0131 hisseden ve bu kayg\u0131y\u0131, denemi\u015f oldu\u011fu yanl\u0131\u015f davran\u0131\u015f stratejileriyle kayg\u0131 bozukluklular\u0131na \u00e7eviren ki\u015fi say\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7o\u011fald\u0131. H\u00e2lbuki zihnimiz bizi korumak i\u00e7in bizi ge\u00e7mi\u015fte-gelecekte ya\u015fatmaya e\u011filimlidir. O y\u00fczden an ile temas ederek zihin egzersizlerimizi g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde ne kadar fazla yaparsak, zihnimizi o kadar g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze adapte edebiliriz.Kayg\u0131 ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda yapmakta oldu\u011fumuz i\u015fe devam ederek, burnunuzdan derin bir nefes al\u0131p pasta mumu \u00fcfler gibi verdikten sonra, t\u00fcm dikkatinizi a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k ve merakla bedeninizi incelemeye verin. T\u00fcm bedeninizdeki uzuvlar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 sanki ilk defa g\u00f6r\u00fcyormu\u015f gibi inceleyin. Bunu yaparken zihniniz sizi yine ge\u00e7mi\u015fe-gelece\u011fe g\u00f6t\u00fcrmek isteyecektir. Onunla m\u00fccadele etmeyin.
