Konuyla ilgili farkl\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc anlatan Uzm. Dr. Y\u00fcksel Dede, son d\u00f6nemlerde \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan konulardan biri olan Alzheimer ve mikrobiyota ili\u015fkisi konusunda \u00f6nemli bilgiler verdi.<\/p>\n<p>Azheimer\u2019in kad\u0131n ya da erkek fark etmeksizin t\u00fcm toplumu etkileyen bir sorun oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen Uzm. Dr. Y\u00fcksel Dede \u201cKad\u0131nlar\u0131n ya\u015fam beklentisi erkeklere g\u00f6re daha y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in cinsiyet fark\u0131 \u00f6zellikle 85 ya\u015f \u00fczerinde kendini g\u00f6steriyor. Bunun sonucu olarak 85 ya\u015f \u00fcst\u00fc Alzheimer hasta pop\u00fclasyonunda kad\u0131n oran\u0131 daha y\u00fcksek. Ya\u015fa g\u00f6re d\u00fczenlenmi\u015f prevalansta yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak y\u00fczde 5 ila 7 oran\u0131nda Alzheimer hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u0130KROB\u0130YOTA VE ALZHE\u0130MER\u2019A Y\u00d6NEL\u0130K ARA\u015eTIRMALAR S\u00dcR\u00dcYOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sindirim sistemimizde bakteri, vir\u00fcs ve mantar gibi yararl\u0131 ve zararl\u0131 bir\u00e7ok organizman\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu ekosistemin tamam\u0131n\u0131n mikrobiyota olarak tan\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Dr. Y\u00fcksel Dede, \u201cBir insan\u0131n mikrobiyatas\u0131 ne kadar iyiyse, Alzheimer hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n seyrinin de\u011fi\u015fece\u011fini ve hastal\u0131\u011fa yakalanma ihtimalinin d\u00fc\u015fece\u011fini g\u00f6steren \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar bulunuyor. Hatta demans sorunu ya\u015fama riski olan \u015feker, tansiyon hastalar\u0131nda da ki\u015filerin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmeye dikkat edip hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n etkili tedavisi sonras\u0131nda bu risklerinin de d\u00fc\u015fece\u011fi g\u00f6steriliyor. Bu konuda ki\u015filerin e\u011fitim seviyesiyle birlikte hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n seyrindeki iyile\u015fmenin de artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>YARARLI BAKTER\u0130LER ANT\u0130B\u0130YOT\u0130K ETK\u0130S\u0130 YAPIYOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cHem hayvan deneyleri hem de Alzheimer hastalar\u0131n\u0131 da kapsayan insanlar\u0131n i\u00e7erisinde bulundu\u011fu gruplar\u0131 temel alan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, mikrobiyatan\u0131n iyi olmas\u0131n\u0131n Alzheimer hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131na yakalanma ihtimalini azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor\u201d diyen Dr. Y\u00fcksel Dede, mikrobiyotan\u0131n Alzheimer \u00fczerinde nas\u0131l bir etki yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusunda \u015fu bilgileri verdi: <\/p>\n<p>\u201cYararl\u0131 bakterilerin \u00e7oklu\u011fu, zararl\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7in antibiyotik etkisi yap\u0131yor. Zararl\u0131 bakterilerin \u00fcretti\u011fi toksinler ya da onlar\u0131n yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 h\u00fccre hasar\u0131yla ba\u011f\u0131rsak ge\u00e7irgenli\u011fi art\u0131yor. Bu ge\u00e7irgenlikleri nedeniyle sindirim kanal\u0131nda bakterilerin \u00fcretti\u011fi, d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan al\u0131nan ya da kanal i\u00e7erisinde olu\u015fan zararl\u0131 maddelerin ba\u011f\u0131rsak yoluyla di\u011fer organlara \u00f6zellikle de beyne ge\u00e7i\u015fi art\u0131yor. Beyne ge\u00e7en bu zararl\u0131 maddeler beyinde bir yang\u0131y\u0131 tetikliyor ve orada h\u00fccre hasar\u0131na beraberinde de h\u00fccre \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne sebep oluyor. Alzheimer hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ayn\u0131 zamanda beyinde amiloid plaklar\u0131n artmas\u0131yla ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Ortaya \u00e7\u0131ka yang\u0131 bu plaklar\u0131n art\u0131\u015f\u0131na, tomurcuklanmas\u0131na sebep olabiliyor. Bu y\u00fczden iyi mikrobiyata ba\u011f\u0131rsak ge\u00e7irgenli\u011finin ve bu t\u00fcr zararl\u0131 maddelerin ortamda olmas\u0131n\u0131 azaltaca\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in iyi bir fakt\u00f6r. Ayn\u0131 zamanda yararl\u0131 bakteriler ba\u011f\u0131rsaklar\u0131m\u0131zda baz\u0131 aminoasitlerin ve vitaminlerin sentezini de sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Bunlar da tabi ki koruyucu etki g\u00f6steriyor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6t\u00fc mikrobiyatan\u0131n do\u011frudan do\u011fruya Alzheimer hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tetikleyici bir fakt\u00f6r oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steren herhangi bir bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da hat\u0131rlatan Uzm. Dr. Y\u00fcksel Dede \u201c\u00d6zellikle 60 ya\u015ftan \u00f6nce erken tan\u0131 alm\u0131\u015f Alzheimer hastalar\u0131n\u0131n genellikle bir genetik sebebi bulunuyor. Do\u011frudan do\u011fruya erken ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7l\u0131 Alzheimer hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ya da genetik ge\u00e7i\u015fli Alzheimer hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve mikrobiyata ili\u015fkisini konu alan bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yok. Fakat genetik yatk\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan bir bireyin \u00fcst\u00fcne bir de k\u00f6t\u00fc mikrobiyataya sahip olmas\u0131 hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n seyrine olumsuz katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AKDEN\u0130Z T\u0130P\u0130 BESLEN\u0130N<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir mikrobiyata i\u00e7in liften zengin meyve sebzenin bol oldu\u011fu \u00f6zellikle Akdeniz tipi diyeti \u00f6neren Yeditepe \u00dcniversitesi Hastaneleri N\u00f6roloji Uzman\u0131. Dr. Y\u00fcksel Dede, \u201cBu alanda yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar var. Probiyotik bakterilerden zengin yo\u011furt, kefir gibi \u00fcr\u00fcnler, bol sebze ve meyve t\u00fcketilebilir. Vitamin eksikliklerinden de ka\u00e7\u0131nmak gerekir. B, C, D vitaminleri beyin i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli vitaminlerdir. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda Alzheimer hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan korunmak i\u00e7in d\u00fczenli egzersiz yapmak ve zihinsel faaliyetleri hi\u00e7bir zaman terk etmemek gerekir.
