Cildin bu nedenle so\u011fuk ve kuru hava \u015fartlar\u0131ndan etkilenmemesi ve uyum sa\u011flamas\u0131 i\u00e7in baz\u0131 tedbirler al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekir\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cTEM\u0130Z OLMAYAN C\u0130LTLE SONU\u00c7 ALINMAZ\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u00fcr\u00fczs\u00fcz, parlak, temiz bir cilde kavu\u015fmak i\u00e7in en \u00f6nemli ad\u0131m\u0131n cilt temizli\u011fi oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen Erg\u00fcl, \u201cTemiz olmayan, porlar\u0131 t\u0131kal\u0131 bir cilde ne uygularsan\u0131z uygulay\u0131n iyi bir sonu\u00e7 alman\u0131z m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil. Cilt \u00fczerindeki keratin denen \u00f6l\u00fc h\u00fccre tabakas\u0131n\u0131n temizlenmesi, cilt y\u00fczeyinde hijyen sa\u011flayarak bakteri olu\u015fumunu \u00f6nleyecektir. Cilt temizlenmeden kullan\u0131lan her \u00fcr\u00fcn porlar\u0131n t\u0131kanmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7aca\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in mutlaka cildin kirden, \u00f6l\u00fc derilerden ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Cilt \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinde PH dengesi olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli bir fakt\u00f6rd\u00fcr. Cilt neme bu d\u00f6nemde daha fazla ihtiya\u00e7 duyar. Kuruma ile ciltteki \u00e7izgiler belirginle\u015fir cilt kurur ve pullanmalar g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Yo\u011fun neme ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan bu d\u00f6nemde nemlendiricilerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra onar\u0131c\u0131 gece kremleri de kullan\u0131lmal\u0131. Ya\u011fl\u0131 ciltler ise kesinlikle ya\u011fl\u0131 nemlendirici ve maskeler kullanmamal\u0131. Cildin PH de\u011ferini koruyarak temizli\u011fi yap\u0131lmal\u0131 ve su bazl\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnler kullan\u0131lmal\u0131. Karma ciltlerin cilt \u00f6zelliklerine uygun geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f nemlendiriciler kullan\u0131lmal\u0131 veya cilt \u00f6zelli\u011fine g\u00f6re iki farkl\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnle desteklenmeli. Cilt bak\u0131m\u0131 sadece mevsim ge\u00e7i\u015flerinde de\u011fil g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fam\u0131n vazge\u00e7ilmez bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olmal\u0131.
