Be\u015fikta\u015f&#8217;ta bulunan dernek binas\u0131nda yap\u0131lan toplant\u0131da Bakan Karaismailo\u011flu konu\u015fma yapt\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin bulundu\u011fu jeostratejik ve jeopolitik konuma dikkat \u00e7eken Bakan Karaismailo\u011flu,&#8221;\u00dclkemiz, Asya ve Avrupa aras\u0131ndaki do\u011fu-bat\u0131 koridorunda do\u011fal bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc oldu\u011fu gibi Kafkas \u00fclkeleri ve Rusya&#8217;dan Afrika&#8217;ya uzanan kuzey g\u00fcney koridorlar\u0131n\u0131n da tam ortas\u0131ndad\u0131r. 4 saatlik u\u00e7u\u015f ile 1 milyar 650 milyon insan\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131, 38 trilyon dolar gayri safi milli has\u0131laya sahip ve 7 trilyon 45 milyar dolar ticaret hacmi bulunan 67 \u00fclkenin de merkezindeyiz. Sadece \u00c7in ile Avrupa Birli\u011fi aras\u0131ndaki y\u0131ll\u0131k ticaret hacmi 700 milyar dolar seviyelerindedir ve \u00fclkemiz bu dev hacmin en \u00f6nemli ge\u00e7i\u015f g\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131d\u0131r&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;D\u00dcNYA T\u0130CARET YOLLARI \u00dcZER\u0130NDE HAK\u0130M\u0130YET\u0130M\u0130Z\u0130 \u0130LAN ETT\u0130K&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u0130thalat ve ihracat faaliyetlerinin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesinde \u00f6nemli paya sahip olan karayolu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 sekt\u00f6r\u00fc, her zaman ekonomimizin omurgas\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fkil eden itici bir g\u00fc\u00e7 oldu&#8221; ifadelerini kullanan Bakan Karaismailo\u011flu, &#8220;Ba\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na bir ekonomik faaliyet olman\u0131n yan\u0131nda, di\u011fer b\u00fct\u00fcn sekt\u00f6rleri de do\u011frudan etkileyen karayolu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, imalat\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ihracat\u00e7\u0131s\u0131, tek kamyon sahibinden filo sahibine, lastik tedarik\u00e7isinden yedek par\u00e7a \u00fcreticisine, lokantac\u0131s\u0131na, h\u00e2s\u0131l\u0131 84 milyon insan\u0131m\u0131za dokunuyor. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;yi ba\u015ftan ba\u015fa ku\u015fatan konforlu ve emniyetli yollar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yaparken ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00fclkemizin d\u00fcnya ile ba\u011flar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirdik, lojistik bir iddia kazand\u0131k. Bug\u00fcn art\u0131k, d\u00fcnya ticaret yollar\u0131 \u00fczerinde hakimiyetimizi ilan ettik&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;B\u00d6L\u00dcNM\u00dc\u015e YOL A\u011eIMIZI 28 B\u0130N 339 K\u0130LOMETREYE \u00c7IKARDIK&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adil Karaismailo\u011flu, &#8220;D\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck ekonomilerinden biri olma yolumuzda en \u00f6nemli dayana\u011f\u0131 karayollar\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n olu\u015fturaca\u011f\u0131na y\u00fcrekten inan\u0131yorum. 19 y\u0131lda \u00fclkemizin ula\u015f\u0131m ve ileti\u015fim altyap\u0131s\u0131na 1 trilyon 119 milyar liran\u0131n \u00fczerinde yat\u0131r\u0131m yapt\u0131k ve bunun 689,2 milyar liras\u0131n\u0131 yani y\u00fczde 62&#8217;sini karayollar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n geli\u015fmesine harcad\u0131k. Yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z sayesinde hem do\u011fu-bat\u0131 koridorlar\u0131nda hem de kuzey-g\u00fcney akslar\u0131nda altyap\u0131 ve \u00fcstyap\u0131 problemlerini b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde \u00e7\u00f6zd\u00fck. 2003 y\u0131l\u0131 \u00f6ncesi mevcut 6 bin 101 kilometre uzunlu\u011fundaki b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yol a\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 28 bin 339 kilometreye \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131k. Otoyol uzunlu\u011fumuzu 3 bin 532 kilometreye ula\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131k. 2023 ve sonras\u0131 hedeflerimizle yap\u0131lacak 3 bin 767 kilometre ile birlikte 2035 y\u0131l\u0131nda 8 bin 187 kilometre otoyol a\u011f\u0131na ula\u015faca\u011f\u0131z&#8221; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;AB&#8217;YE ADAYLIK S\u00dcREC\u0130NDE EN HAZIR SEKT\u00d6RLERDEN B\u0130R\u0130 H\u00c2L\u0130NE D\u00d6N\u00dc\u015eT\u00dc&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc tam anlam\u0131yla uluslararas\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131k sistemine entegre ettik&#8221; diye konu\u015fan Bakan Karaismailo\u011flu, &#8220;\u00dclkemizin AB&#8217;ye \u00fcyelik s\u00fcreci ve d\u00fcnyadaki geli\u015fmeleri takiben, karayolu ta\u015f\u0131ma piyasas\u0131na ve mesle\u011fe giri\u015f ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 belirleyen, Avrupa Birli\u011fi mevzuat\u0131na uyumlu, kurumsalla\u015fmay\u0131 esas alan yeni d\u00fczenlemeleri hayata ge\u00e7irdik. AB mevzuat\u0131na i\u00e7erik olarak y\u00fczde 95 oran\u0131nda uyum sa\u011flad\u0131k. B\u00f6ylece karayolu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, AB&#8217;ye adayl\u0131k s\u00fcrecinde en haz\u0131r sekt\u00f6rlerden biri h\u00e2line d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;PANDEM\u0130 S\u00dcREC\u0130NDE HAYAT DURURKEN, TA\u015eIMACILIK H\u0130\u00c7 DURMADI&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Koronavir\u00fcs s\u00fcrecinde d\u00fcnya ekonomisinde daralma g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirten Karaismailo\u011flu,&#8221; Daralman\u0131n en ba\u015fta etkiledi\u011fi alan hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesiz ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fc oldu. \u0130\u015fte bu zor d\u00f6nemde, Ula\u015ft\u0131rma ve Altyap\u0131 Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimiz d\u00fczenlemelerle, t\u00fcm ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 destekledik.Pandemi s\u00fcrecinde hayat dururken, ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131k hi\u00e7 durmad\u0131. T\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada, konteyner krizi ya\u015farken, \u00fclkemiz g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc karayolu sekt\u00f6r\u00fc ile ihracat\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrekli art\u0131rmaya devam etti. Bu zor g\u00fcnlerde dahi, uluslararas\u0131 karayolu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z b\u00fcy\u00fcme e\u011filimde.  Uluslararas\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131ma yapmak \u00fczere, yetkilendirilen ta\u015f\u0131t say\u0131s\u0131nda ise y\u00fczde 16 art\u0131\u015f ya\u015fand\u0131.Karayolu ile uluslararas\u0131 ihra\u00e7 ta\u015f\u0131malar\u0131m\u0131zda genel olarak y\u00fczde 20 art\u0131\u015f var&#8221; dedi.
