T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ve d\u00fcnyada artan bir sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunu haline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fen obezite, fizyolojik ve psikolojik \u00e7ok say\u0131da sorunu da beraberinde getirdi. T\u00dc\u0130K\u2019in verilerine g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 15 ya\u015f ve \u00fcst\u00fcnde obezite g\u00f6r\u00fclme oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 20\u2019yi a\u015ft\u0131. Bu orandan yola \u00e7\u0131karak yap\u0131lan hesaplama, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki her 100 ki\u015fiden 35\u2019inin \u2018obez \u00f6ncesi\u2019 kategorisinde yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. T\u00dc\u0130K\u2019in \u2018T\u00fcrkiye Sa\u011fl\u0131k Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131\u2019nda kad\u0131nlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 24,8&#8217;inin obez ve y\u00fczde 30,4&#8217;\u00fcn\u00fcn obez \u00f6ncesi, erkeklerin ise y\u00fczde 17,3&#8217;\u00fcn\u00fcn obez ve y\u00fczde 39,7&#8217;sinin obez \u00f6ncesi oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Pandemi s\u00fcrecinde \u00f6l\u00fcm riskini art\u0131ran kritik fakt\u00f6rler aras\u0131nda g\u00f6sterilen obezitenin \u00e7ok say\u0131da etkene ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Diyetisyen G\u00f6zde Karaca Kayan, \u201cStres de bunlardan biri olarak de\u011ferlendiriliyor.
