Bakan Karaismailo\u011flu yetkililerle istasyonu gezdi. Haz\u0131rlanan sergideki foto\u011fraflara bakt\u0131. Bakan incelemelerde bulunduktan sonra bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 yapt\u0131.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;2071 YILINA KADAR OLAN YATIRIMLARI PLANLADIK&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ula\u015ft\u0131rma ve Altyap\u0131 Bakan\u0131, &#8220;Projelerimizle, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin 2023, 2053, 2071 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar olan yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131, planlad\u0131k. 50 y\u0131l sonras\u0131n\u0131 planlarken, gerekli t\u00fcm sa\u011fl\u0131k tedbirlerini alarak bug\u00fcn i\u00e7in ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan ve milletimizin \u00f6zlemle bekledi\u011fi hizmetlerin ve projelerin aksamamas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131za devam ettik ve ba\u015far\u0131ya ula\u015ft\u0131k.Marmara&#8217;n\u0131n alt\u0131n gerdanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan Kuzey Marmara Otoyolu&#8217;nun Hasdal-Habipler ile Ba\u015fak\u015fehir Kav\u015faklar\u0131 aras\u0131nda kalan 7. kesimini hizmete alarak, \u0130stanbul&#8217;un en uzun ve en geni\u015f t\u00fcneli ile birlikte otoyolun 400 kilometresini hizmete a\u00e7t\u0131k.  Ba\u015fak\u015fehir-Ispartakule-Bah\u00e7e\u015fehir-Had\u0131mk\u00f6y yolunun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na da ba\u015flad\u0131k. Bu proje kapsam\u0131nda Sazl\u0131dere Baraj\u0131 \u00fczerinde yap\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Sazl\u0131dere K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc ile Kanal \u0130stanbul Projesi&#8217;ne de start verdik. Yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131zla her y\u0131l do\u011frudan ve dolayl\u0131 toplamda 1 milyonun \u00fczerinde istihdam alan\u0131 a\u00e7an, 4 binin \u00fczerinde \u015fantiyesi, 700 binin \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 ile \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir aileyiz.&#8221; dedi. <\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;\u0130STANBUL&#8217;U B\u0130R\u0130LER\u0130N\u0130N KEYF\u0130NE BIRAKAMAZDIK&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bakan Karaismailo\u011flu, &#8220;2022 y\u0131l\u0131 da bizim i\u00e7in, mevcut projeleri bitirip, yeni projeleri hayata ge\u00e7irece\u011fimiz yo\u011fun bir sene olacak. D\u00fcnya kenti \u0130stanbul&#8217;un, toplu ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131nda konforu, h\u0131z\u0131 art\u0131rman\u0131n pe\u015findeyiz. \u0130stanbulular\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bozulan otob\u00fcsleri itmek zorunda kalmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir toplu ula\u015f\u0131m sistemi in\u015fas\u0131 hedefindeyiz. \u0130stanbul&#8217;u birilerinin keyfine b\u0131rakamazd\u0131k. Bu nedenle Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z, Pendik &#8211; Tav\u015fantepe &#8211; Sabiha G\u00f6k\u00e7en Havaliman\u0131 metro hatt\u0131 dahil \u0130stanbul&#8217;da toplam uzunlu\u011fu 103 kilometre olan 7 ayr\u0131  rayl\u0131 sistem hatt\u0131nda har\u0131l har\u0131l \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Bak\u0131rk\u00f6y (\u0130DO)-Bah\u00e7elievler-G\u00fcng\u00f6ren-Ba\u011fc\u0131lar(Kirazl\u0131) metro hatt\u0131 Ba\u015fak\u015fehir-\u00c7am ve Sakura Hastanesi-Kaya\u015fehir metro hatt\u0131 K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece-Halkal\u0131-Ba\u015fak\u015fehir-Arnavutk\u00f6y-\u0130stanbul Havaliman\u0131 metro hatt\u0131, Be\u015fikta\u015f(Gayrettepe)-Ka\u011f\u0131thane-Ey\u00fcp-\u0130stanbul Havaliman\u0131 metro hatt\u0131, \u00dcsk\u00fcdar Altunizade-\u00c7aml\u0131ca -Ferah Mahalles-Bosna Bulvar\u0131 Metro hatt\u0131 ve Zeytinburnu (Kazl\u0131\u00e7e\u015fme) &#8211; Fatih (Sirkeci) Rayl\u0131 Sistem Ve Yaya Odakl\u0131 Yeni Nesil Ula\u015f\u0131m projeleri ile \u0130stanbul&#8217;daki mevcut 251 kilometre olan rayl\u0131 sistem uzunlu\u011funu 354,3 kilometreye y\u00fckseltece\u011fiz. Projelerimizi bu y\u0131l\u0131n ilk yar\u0131s\u0131ndan itibaren i\u015fletmeye a\u00e7arak 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda hepsini halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n hizmetine sunmu\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z. B\u00f6ylece \u0130stanbul&#8217;daki rayl\u0131 sistem a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n %52&#8217;si Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olacakt\u0131r&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu. <\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;3 YILDIR G\u00d6REV YAPTIKLARINI ZANNEDENLER, H\u0130\u00c7B\u0130R ZAMAN H\u0130ZMETLER\u0130 \u0130LE G\u00dcNDEME GELMED\u0130LER&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bakan Karaismailo\u011flu &#8220;Ayr\u0131ca iki uluslararas\u0131 havaliman\u0131n\u0131 birle\u015ftirecek Gebze &#8211; Sabiha G\u00f6k\u00e7en Havaliman\u0131 -Yavuz Sultan Selim K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc- \u0130stanbul Havaliman\u0131- Halkal\u0131, \u00e7atalca h\u0131zl\u0131 tren hatlar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z s\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Bu y\u0131l itibariyle milletimizin hizmetine sunaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Mill\u00ee Elektrik Trenimiz ile birlikte, demiryollar\u0131nda yerli ve mill\u00ee ara\u00e7 ve ekipmanlar\u0131 \u00fcretimini daha da art\u0131raca\u011f\u0131z. 7,4 kilometre uzunlu\u011fundaki projemizde Fevzi \u00c7akmak (Hastane), Yayalar, Kurtk\u00f6y ve Sabiha G\u00f6k\u00e7en Havaliman\u0131 istasyonlar\u0131 bulunuyor. 80 kilometre i\u015fletme h\u0131z\u0131yla ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n sa\u011flanaca\u011f\u0131 hatt\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n saatlik yolcu kapasitesi 70 bin yolcu olacakt\u0131r. Hatt\u0131m\u0131z hizmete al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, Kad\u0131k\u00f6y&#8217;den metroya binen bir vatanda\u015f\u0131m\u0131z;  trafi\u011fe tak\u0131lmadan, 48 dakikal\u0131k bir seyahatle havaliman\u0131na varacak. Pendik-Tav\u015fantepe-Sabiha G\u00f6k\u00e7en Havaliman\u0131 Metro hatt\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n hizmete a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131yla birlikte, karayolu bak\u0131m ve i\u015fletmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan, Kaza kazanc\u0131, Hava kirlili\u011fi, g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc, do\u011fa, ye\u015fil arazi, biyolojik \u00e7e\u015fitlilik, toprak ve su temizli\u011finin korunmas\u0131 gibi faydalar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan, 23 y\u0131ll\u0131k periyotta, \u00fclkemizin ekonomik kazanc\u0131 185 milyon Euro olacakt\u0131r. Maalesef, \u0130stanbul&#8217;da yakla\u015f\u0131k  3 y\u0131ld\u0131r g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 zannedenler hi\u00e7bir zaman \u0130stanbul&#8217;a hizmetleri ile g\u00fcndeme gelemediler. Liyakats\u0131z kadrolarla  \u0130stanbul&#8217;u ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131k girdab\u0131na s\u00fcr\u00fckleyenleri; en k\u0131sa zamanda \u00fczerlerine vazife olan i\u015flerle me\u015fgul olmalar\u0131n\u0131 \u0130stanbullular bekliyor. Bizim y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda, temel atmama t\u00f6renleri de\u011fil, hizmete a\u00e7ma t\u00f6renleri vard\u0131r. Bizim hizmet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda, proje temellerini hafriyatla kapatmak de\u011fil, projelerin, hizmetlerin \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7mak vard\u0131r.
