Ayr\u0131ca artan enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in de metabolizma h\u0131zlan\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece kalp h\u0131z\u0131 ve debisi, yani kalbin v\u00fccuda pompalad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kan miktar\u0131 artar. So\u011fukta ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan kalp sorunlar\u0131 kalp krizi olabilece\u011fi gibi, ani \u00f6l\u00fcm \u015feklinde de olabilir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SO\u011eUKLARDA KIRMIZI SEBZELERLE BESLEN\u0130N<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hastalar\u0131n so\u011fu\u011fa ve ba\u015fta Kovid-19 olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm enfeksiyon etkenlerine kar\u015f\u0131 diren\u00e7li olabilmeleri i\u00e7in yeteri kadar kalori almalar\u0131n\u0131n \u015fart oldu\u011funu vurgulayan Prof. Dr. Hakan U\u00e7ar, k\u0131\u015f\u0131n beslenmede dikkat edilmesi gerekenler hakk\u0131nda \u015fu bilgileri payla\u015ft\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cK\u0131\u015f\u0131n so\u011fu\u011fun etkisiyle genellikle daha fazla yemek yenir, tatl\u0131lara ve hamur i\u015flerine a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k verilir. K\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 sebze olarak havu\u00e7, k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 pancar, k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 lahana ve balkaba\u011f\u0131; ye\u015fil sebze olarak \u0131spanak, p\u0131rasa, brokoli, lahana ve marul cinsleri; beyaz sebze olarak da kereviz, turp, yerelmas\u0131 gibi k\u00f6k sebzeler bolca bulunur. Ayr\u0131ca kuru baklagillerin de bu d\u00f6nemde bolca t\u00fcketilmesi yararl\u0131d\u0131r. Et olarak s\u0131k s\u0131k bal\u0131k t\u00fcketmek olduk\u00e7a faydal\u0131d\u0131r, ancak k\u0131zartma veya ya\u011fs\u0131z tavada \u0131zgara \u015feklinde pi\u015firilmemelidir. Et ve tavuk da ya\u011fs\u0131z olmak ve ya\u011fda k\u0131zart\u0131lmamak \u015fart\u0131yla g\u00fcnde 80-90 gram kadar t\u00fcketilebilir. Ekmek, makarna, pirin\u00e7 gibi hamur \u00fcr\u00fcnleri ise az t\u00fcketilmelidir. Sabah kahvalt\u0131s\u0131nda ki\u015fide \u015feker hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 yoksa bir ka\u015f\u0131k bal ve bir ka\u015f\u0131k pekmez yenebilir. G\u00fcnl\u00fck ihtiya\u00e7tan fazla yemek yenilmemeli, sebzeler olabildi\u011fince az pi\u015firilmeli veya \u00e7i\u011f yenmeli, \u00e7orbalarda un ile ya\u011f kavrulmamal\u0131d\u0131r. K\u0131\u015fa direnmek \u00e7ok yiyerek de\u011fil, nitelikli yiyerek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olur.
